Life Change Changes Lives is a not for profit registered Charity [NIC106299] supporting people affected by mental ill health, addiction, social isolation, and suicide. We want to improve the quality of peoples’ physical, mental and social wellbeing by providing accessible support.

How we help

• Creative therapy – Engaging in art and upcycling projects helps people express emotions, relieve stress and build connections.
• Counselling services – One-on-one support with trained professionals in a confidential setting.
• Advice services – AdviceNI trained staff providing housing debt and benefit advice.
• Social enterprise – Selling upcycled furniture helps build confidence, develop skills and create a sense of purpose.
• The Social Café – more than great coffee – a friendly space for support, conversation, and recovery in Downpatrick.
